Meet the Founder
I'm a nonprofit strategist, fundraising architect, and organizational-development expert with more than 30 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations move from surviving to thriving — and I've raised over $550 million for nonprofits across the United States and around the world.
Through Nonprofit Solutions Matter, my team and I help organizations build sustainable infrastructure, strengthen and activate their boards, and develop complete resource-development systems — from donor engagement and wealth screening to strategic planning. That work has taken me from Boys & Girls Clubs across the Southeast to faith-based institutions and NGOs in DR Congo, Uganda, Panama, the UK, Dubai, and Canada.
I'm a licensed minister and hold a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
